Toyota Repair: drivers window, windows button, window regulator

Question
My sienna 2000 has a problem in the driver window. By pulling the windows button, the window moves up for short distance only and stop. After waiting for 3-5 minutes, pulling the button again moves the window for short distance only and so on until close the window completely. This problem get worse in a sunny day, especially when the drivers window facing to the sun.  I disconnect the button and connect the window motor to the electricity directly but the problem still the same. What I can do?

Answer
if the window only moving slow when going up, the reason is the motor become weak when it overheated. Because when it going up, the motor is loaded and heats up quickly, going down freely that means there is no restriction of the window regulator system.
The only way is replace the window motor, no other choice.
