Toyota Repair: no RPM above 2000, vehicle speed sensor, throttle position sensor

Question
1988 Toyota 4 Runner 3.0L V6 4WD 250,000 5spd. My vehicle was running just fine until one day it wouldn't start. I found burned wires under the dash in the harness.  I repaired them, the vehicle started just fine, but would not go over 2000 RPM. It starts to bog down.  It idles fine. I replaced the following parts: fuel pump, fuel filter, cap %26 rotar, ignition coil, ignition switch (electrical portion#, Mass Airflow Sensor #used), then that didn't work, I cleaned it with the proper cleaner. At some point the check engine light came on and had the following #'s:  24, 31,32, 41. My problem is that I cannot find where in the manual to repair or replace the items for these codes.

Answer
Here are the code definitions:
24- intake air temp sensor open circuit
31+32 air flow meter malfunction or open circuit
42- vehicle speed sensor malfunction /open circuit
41- throttle position sensor
I think there may still be some open wires from the previous wire damage.
