Toyota Repair: 2001 celica gt, k n air filter, cabin air filter

Question
QUESTION: Hi, I just bought a 2001 celica gt 5 speed, with 131,000 miles what do i need to do to get a complete tune up, it has an aftermarket intake that gets the air from just in front of the driver side wheel at the bottom of the car, i was told it's a k&n air filter that just needs to be cleaned,   the auto parts store manager looked at the car and said all i need is a cabin filter and spark plugs.is this correct or do i need more things,   thanks,  mike.

ANSWER: This model doesn't have a cabin air filter, the K&N filter can be cleaned, replace the spark plugs, check the drive belt for wear, clean the inside of the throttle body, there's nothing else to do.

QUESTION: should i clean the fuel injectors it hesitates a little at low rpm, if so whats the best way, also is there some kind of fluid/oil that should be changed in the mnual transmission at this mileage?  thanks

Answer
I would clean the throttle body first and then see, if injector service is needed it should be done the right way with a device that puts the cleaner through the injectors not just through the intake chamber. There is a drain plug and a fill plug on the transmission, the fill plug is on the side you can check the level and the fluid condition there.
