Toyota Repair: CODE P0441, charcoal canister, warranty extension

My 1997 Camry was diagnosed with code P0441 yesterday. From what I've read online this is a very complicated code to get fixed. I'm just looking for a opinion to see  if this is worth fixing and the possible cost. I  also came across a EPA warranty extension to the fuel system, does this apply to my vehicle?

The 441 code is specific to the charcoal canister, it probably has a leak, Toyota had issued a service bulletin a while back TSB EG003–98, it recommends replacing the evap system canister and some hoses and valves, if you'd like a copy please foreward an email address.
