Toyota Repair: 1998 camry 4 cy error code p0446, charcoal canister, purge valve

Question
To start off the engine lite never came on since I owned the car (approx 120,000 km.I had my fuel tank replaced in my 1998 camry 4 cyl, Automatic. After a few weeks the engine light came on with the error code p0446. I changed the gas cap with a OEM one and checked the vaccum hoses at the air breather.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

There is a vapor leak somewhere on the evap recovery system,visually inspect for any hoses that may be off at the rear between the charcoal canister and the fuel tank, check up front under the hood for any hoses that my be disconnected at the air filter and the purge valve, other than that it should be tested to find the leak because the leak could be anywhere even on top of the fuel tank at one of the evap system valves or hoses, it may also be caused by a leak at the evap canister(charcoal canister).
