Toyota Repair: 98 Camry driver door stuck shut, control rods, actuator

My sons 98 camry driver door will not open! I have gotten the door panel off,but I still cannot get it to open. Can hear noise at relays but nothing. Help!

Look inside with a light to see if any of the control rods cam off and reattach using new clips as necessary, if none of the control rods came off it's bsically trial and error by moving the levers around on the latch or disconnecting the actuator rod, the actuator may be stuck.
