Toyota Repair: electronic antenna, antenna mast, electrical tape

replacing electronic antenna mast landcruiser 97.  can't get wire through the firewall.  is there something holding the wire? also is there special tool for tightening the nut down on the bezel and what is it called ,where can i get it?

I usually remove the radio and disconnect the antenna lead, there are some wire fasteners on the inside connecting the old lead, I cut the old wire under the fender leaving enough to attach the new end of the antenna to it with electrical tape then remove the glove box, then I pull on the old wire on the inside to get the new one through so it can be grabbed with pliers and then remove the old wire from it and reroute the new wire over to the radio leaving the piece of the old wire in.
