what is wrong with my 2001 toyota celica? the right passenger side of the cars electric went out and i can't roll down the window. i don't know how to go about fixing the electric and the check engine light is flashing.

Electrical problems are too hard to diagnose without looking at the car myself, the most likely cause is the window motor burned out. You need to have it diagnosed why the check engine light is flashing, there could be a few things that can cause it but the most common is that there is an engine misfire.
