Toyota Repair: 2005 Corolla AM2 fuse, starter relay, positive cable

Question
I accidentally tried starting my 2005 Corolla with the cables on backwards. I blew a few fuses including the 100A Alt. After check and replacing all the fuses, the AM2 keeps blowing every time I try to start the car. I removed the positive cable from the starter and alternator, the starter relay on the fuse box and the AM2 fuse still breaks. I would appreciate any suggestions.Thanks.

Answer
The 30A main fuse stays intact, is this so? Does the am2 fuse blow only when turning the key to start when the alt and starter relay are disconnected? I'm trying to figure out why the 30a fuse doesn't blow when the am2 fuse is directly in line with it.The am2 fuse doesn't blow until the key is turned to start is this so or does it blow when the key is turned to the on position?
