Toyota Repair: 92 pickup transmission issues, hydraulic fluid leaks, flex hose

Question
92 toyota pickup, 22re, manual, 130000 miles.  About a year ago, the transmission started popping out of 5th gear.  I had the transmission fluid changed, and this problem stopped occurring.  It has not come back.  New problem is as follows:

When I start the car up from cold, especially here recently with the extreme cold...Upon release of the clutch, with the transmission in neutral, it's as if a small load is put on the engine.  Also, without the parking brake engaged, the car will kinda pull forward a little bit.  It's almost as if the car is partially in 1st gear or something.  The rpms will drop a little bit, like I had the transmission in 1st and was lightly releasing the clutch.

I don't have any idea.   Thanks for your help.

Answer
The clutch seems to be not releasing all the way, check for hydraulic fluid leaks, check the reservoir fluid level, if low there is a leak somewhere, the most common are the master cylinder and slave cylinder on the transmission, another common problem is the hydraulic flex hose near the firewall.
