Toyota Repair: 2006 Camry, cabin air filter, cabin filter

Question
I have 2006 Camry LE 4 cylinder with only 20,000 miles. In the past year I only put on about 3,000 miles per year at the most, but I bring it to the dealer twice a year for oil changes. Last time I was there in June they told me I need cabin filter, engine filter, and PCV valve. The cost would be just under $200. I declined at that time but I am due for another oil change now and would like your opinion if these filters and PCV valve would be needed at 20,000 miles.  The factory maintenance interval for the filters is 30,000 miles, and the PCV valve should last much longer than than 20,000 miles, right? Thanks!

Answer
Yes you are correct, there is no need to replace the pcv valve, the cabin air filter, maybe, have it checked, it's right behind the glove box, or check it yourself by dropping the glove box lid down then remove the plastic cover, the filter is inside, other than that just have the oil changed and more important than the other stuff, have the tires rotated and brakes checked.
