Toyota Repair: 2000 celica gt Igniter Circuit Malfunction (No. 3), 2000 celica gt, celica

my 2000 celica gt has what seems like a misfire. My car acts like it has no power while driving. I go from first to secong gear and it jerks and wont pick up any speed. Also when it idles the engine shakes and acts like it wants to die out. Got diagnostic done and got code:P1310 Igniter Circuit Malfunction (No. 3). I changed all spark plugs and also changed ignition coil and makes no difference?.

First I need to make sure you replaced the right coil, #3 is the third one from the front of the engine(timing cover) if this is correct then the next step would be to check and make sure that the black wire in the connector ahs 12 volts with the key on and the white/black is grounded. Can you check for that and let me know.
