Toyota Repair: 2006 Avalon headlights, halogen bulbs, headlight bulbs

Question
I want to change the headlight bulbs on my 2006 Avalon. To do this I have to remove the cool air duct seal that is on top.  There are six (6) clips that hold the cover in place. How, precisely, are these clips removed and can they be reused. They are round with a moveable post in center. Also, how is the driver side headlight bulb removed as there is no room to reach it.

The dlips are removeable and re usable, depress the center with a small screwdriver then pull the clip out, to re use them push the center back up by pressing it against a hard surface, the center will pop back up, then put it back in and push the center flush with the pin. The halogen bulbs are removed by turning the plastic ring until it unlocks, removing the battery helps on the left side.
