QUESTION: 7.5 Amp. gauge fuse. Thanks Ray

Answer
This fuse supplies voltage to a lot of circuits, What makes it really difficult is that the problem is intermittent, even if I was able to work on the car myself it would be very time consuming to diagnose, if the fuse blew immediately and consistently I would tell you to remove other fuses to see when the gauge fuse stops blowing this way the circuit that is causing the problem can be isolated by process of elimination.
