Toyota Repair: Fuel filter?, toyota camry, fe engine

So my 92 Toyota camry recentrly has been losing power on the road and sputters and jerks a lot. I think it might be a problem with the fuel filter or maybe the pump. Am i right in thinking this? If so where is the fuel filter located? I have a 5S-FE engine.The manual only shows the oil fuel filters in the engine compartment, not the fuel one, and this has me very perplexed.

The fuel filter is located inside the fuel tank and is not serviceable, it does not require replacement, I recommend having the fuel pressure tested, it may also be an electrical issue, has anything been done such as a tune up including spark plugs,plug wires etc? If not then this may be the place to begin.
