Toyota Repair: 4x4 brakes, wheel bearings, locking nuts

Question
How do you remove the rotor on a 1990 Toyota 4x4?

Answer
First the calipers bolts have to be removed to get the calipers off, then the 4x4 hubs are removed, remove all the 10mm bolts on the hub cover and pull the cover off, remove all the 12mm nuts around the center of the hub, reinstall the 12mm nuts by a few threads and tap the hub at each stud to pop the cones out of the hub, remove the cones and the nuts, undo the lock plates on the large axle retaining nuts, a special socket is required to remove these locking nuts, I believe they are 37mm, once those are removed the rotor can be pulled off along with the wheel bearings.
