Toyota Repair: Toyota ignition switch, lock cylinder, vin

My 1992 4 runner switch is locked up . I have a new one , but I can not get the switch to turn to acc.Where I can change switch.

Try having a new key made at the dealer using the vin#, if that doesn't help sometimes wiggeling the key up and down while turning will let it turn after a while, if nothing else the lock cylinder will have to be drilled out, I would recommend having either the dealer or a locksmith deal with that, of course the car would have to be towed to that location.
