Toyota Repair: electrical, fuse panel, amp

I have no power to anything, the battery is fully charged and i checked for loose grounds i am lost please help

Without knowing what year and model it is I can't be too specific so try to give me that information in a follow up, the only thing I can suggest at this time is that you check the large alternator fuse under the hood in the fuse panel, it is rated at around 100 amp.
