Toyota Repair: 93 Camry Antenna Replacement, power antenna, autoparts store

My 93 Camry has a power antenna. I am tired of replacing the mast every couple of years because the teeth wear out or part of it breaks off due to wear since it is only plastic.  I want to replace it with a manual antenna.  I know I can get the motor and mast out of the car easy enough but can you give me instructions on whether I have to purchase a specific manual antenna and then how do I hook up the antenna up to the radio.

You can get the manual antenna from the toyota dealer for an exact replacement since they did use them in certain camry models or you can get a universal one from an autoparts store, after it's installed it's jus a matter of connecting the antenna lead to the new antenna, just leave the other wires in.
