how to lower the idle on fuel injection engine it is idleing at 2000 rpms and when you push the brake on it starts to surge

Answer
There is an idle adjustment screw on the throttle body but there seems to be another problem, possibly a vacuum leak between the manifold and the brake booster or the brake booster has an internal leak, try disconnecting the hose from the brake booster and plug it up then see if the idle goes to normal, if it does the brake booster may need to be replaced.
