Toyota Repair: blower problem., toyota camry 1995, control levers

i have toyota camry 1995 le,when i turn on the blower front grills obove on the tape air is not coming on.

Answer
Check under the dash on each side of the heater housing, check to see if the control cables move when operating the mode switch, that's the control knob that directs the air to come out the vents or defrost vents etc., sometimes the cables come off the control levers or the cable can break on either end.
