Toyota Repair: How to remove drivers side door panel 2002 Camry LE, retaining clips, plastic covers

I'm having a problem with the driver's side window not positioning correctly at full up.  From what I've read, the window regulator must have a broken part.  I want to inspect the regulator but I can't see any screws to remove so that the door panel can be removed.  What's the secret?

There are some screws under the cover on the inside door handle and under plastic covers in the armrest, in some cases the top of the armrest can be removed, there are screws under there, the panel itself just pulls off, it's held on with plastic retaining clips.
