QUESTION: I don't know the code, but technician said the oxygen sensor is slow reflection and need changed. Do you think the oxygen sensor influence its start?

Answer
The O2 sensor has very little to do with starting the engine, there is another problem and I would suggest that you either try another dealer or an independent shop or locate an autoparts store that will get the trouble codes for you at no charge, you ned to get another diagnosis, I can't offer any help without knowing the trouble code and even if the trouble code indicated a bad O2 sensor replacing it won't help the starting condition, ECMs seldom go bad on these models.
