Toyota Repair: 2006 tacoma v6 cam position sensor, angle sensor, electrical connector

QUESTION: i have a 2006 toyota tacoma v6 double cab 4x4.
i have to change the cam position sensor.the check engine light lit up, i had it
checked at the auto parts store i need to know where exactly the sensor is so i
can replace it please  help me locate it thanks

ANSWER: It's located under the black top plastic cam cover near the right side cam gear, you can see the electrical connector attached to the cam cover.

QUESTION: would the cam cover be located at the top of the engine ?

Actually what I meant was the timing cover at the front of the engine, the black plsatic cover has some 10mm bolts that heed to be removed so it can be pulled off, the electrical connector for the cam angle sensor can be seen on the right side of the cover.
