Toyota Repair: REmove the 100AMP fuse in a 99 Toyoyta Camry, amp fuse, fuse block

Question
QUESTION: Hi, I have been searching for the answer and it appears the question has been asked a lot.  I found the 100 AMP fuse was blown.  How do I remove it?  I opened the black fuse block and attempted to pull out the fuse and cracked the plastic.  Now there are only two copper arms left.  If I keep pulling will they come out or is there an easier way to go about it?  Thanks.

ANSWER: The fuse is connected with two small bolts, these have to be removed to get the two copper connectors out, the fuse block has to be opened up on the bottom to get to the bolts.

QUESTION: Can you elaborate a little more as to what you mean open up on the bottom?  Do I need to remove the inner fuse block the 100AMP fuse was in?  Do I need to remove the large black fuse block to open the bottom?  Once it is opened, will it be obvious as to what is needed?

Thanks.

Answer
The fuse block will have to be removed, make sure the battery is disconnected, remove as many connectors from the top of the fuse block as possible, there is a cover on the bottom, release the plastic tabs to get the cover off, there are connectors on the inside that have to be removed, don't worry they can not be mixed up, they will only fit their respective sockets, with the connectors out of the way the bolts can be seen.
