Toyota Repair: Removing rear wheel well liner, linder, fender

Hi, on my 2004 Sienna, I want to push out a small dent located right above the right rear wheel.  To get at the inside of the dent I need to remove the right rear wheel well liner.  Can you tell me is this possible to do, and is the liner one piece?

The linder can be removed, it's best to have the wheel off. There are plastic clips which will probably break when removed so order new ones from the dealer, there may be a couple of screws as well, remove them and the plastic clips and the fender liner can be pulled off.
