Can you please tell me how to replace the Left Rear Exterior Door Handle on a 2003 Toyota Corolla CE.

I can't give step by step instructions, you will have to remove the inner door panel, it's held on with clips, there are a couple of screws that have to be removed under covers in the armrest, remove the inner handle and disconnect the control link from it, the panel just pulls off, with the window up the two 10mm bolts that connect the outer handle can be reached using a long extension and a socket, there are a couple of plastic clips that have to be removed from the linkages.
