Toyota Repair: 1999 Toyota Sienna Check Engine Light, air fuel ratio, seatbelt light

Question
My 1999 Toyota Sienna has the check engine light on.  I checked the codes and it said there were 8.  Two P1133, Two P1135, Two P1153 and Two P1155

The car has 158K miles on it so I just want the absolute cheapest fix to clear the light and pass inspection.  I don't care if the light comes back on after a passed inspectdion.

Also, driver's side seatbelt warning light blinks continually regardless of whether or not the seat belt is secured.  Is there an easy way to fix that?

Thank you very much for you time and consideration of my issues --- Steve

Answer
Those trouble codes indicate problems with the air/fuel ratio sensors on both cylinder banks, both of them should be replaced, you might want to try to clear the trouble codes just before the inspection by removing the negative battery terminal, it might just pull through the inspection, the computer has to see the problem two times before the light turns on. There's really no easy way to fix the seatbelt light other than removing the warning light bulb in the dash, the warning light circuit is built into the seat belt buckle so the fix is to replace the buckle.
