Toyota Repair: 92 camry, valve cover gasket, crankshaft seal

Question
i own a 92 camry and it leaks oil pretty good. its coming from what i belive the passenger side of the engine some where... but im not sure. could you send me a expanded view of the 2.2 engines that are in the 92 camry? or can you please give me a website to visit? or if you know where it is coming from please tell me. its only leaking when the car is running and its a pretty steady drip...about 1 or 2 drips a second

Answer
There are few common areas for oil leaks on this engine, check the valve cover gasket first to make sure oil is not leaking down from the top, check at the front of the engine to see if the oil is coming from inside the timing cover, if it is then the seals inside are leaking, these include the crankshaft seal, camshaft seal and the oil pump seal, at the same time the timing belt should also be replaced and the water pump checked.
