Toyota Repair: 2000 Avalon, bank2, gas cap

Question

I have a toyota 2000 with 234,000 miles and I am getting the following codes when I go to get it inspected:

po420
po440
po441
po446

I need to spend $400 to exempt this car.  My question is maybe there is a couple of parts that are causing this barrage of codes?

Thanks for your help.  You have helped us in the past.

Answer
The po420 code is usually due to a catalityc converter failure, the code should have more information as to which cylinder bank has the faulty converter, ank 1 or bank2? The rest of the codes are evap system codes, the most common cause for these is a loose or missing gas cap.
