Toyota Repair: 96 camry idle speed control, phillips screws, intake hose

Question
From looking at some of the other questions/answers I think my 96 camry 4cyl, may need a new or cleaned idle speed control. Where is it exactly?  Where is the throttle body? etc.  Is it pretty easy to do yourself with limited experience?  Any special tools needed?

Answer
The throttle body is located on the air intake chamber, there is a large rubber intake hose that connects from there to the air cleaner, the throttle body is held on by two 12mm bolts and two nuts, the IAC valve is located on the bottom of the throttle body fastened with four phillips screws. No special tools required.
