Toyota Repair: 4 runner, toyota dealer, body shop

Question
I have a 2004 4 runer sport and the edging on the scoop got dinged and cracked. Can the scoop alone be replaced or do I have to buy an entire new hood.

I'm not sure, I have not run into this before,I don't really get involved in body type of repairs, if the scoop looks like it has bolts holding it on then it may be replaceable, you might also contact a body shop to see if it can be repaired and repainted. I would recommend calling the toyota dealer parts department, they will be able to answer if it can be replaced or not.
