Toyota Repair: Removing 89 camry drive side axle, tire brakes, splined shaft

Question
I am trying to remove my driver side axle and have gotten to the point where I cannot finish removing it. I have taken off all the bolts on the axle but cannot get the axle from the tire hub. I have removed the tire, brakes, rotor, and the caliper. I have removed the outside part of the axle (thin piece) but cannot get the bigger piece(closest to the front end of the car) to come out. Do you think you can help me??

Answer
The axles has a splined shaft on the ouside that is connect4d to the hub with a 32 mm nut, once this nut is removed the shaft can be tapped out through the opening in the center of the hub, the brake rotor/caliper does not have to be removed just the three bolts/nuts on the bottom of the ball joint, this allows the hub to be noved off the axle shaft and out of the way. Once it's out of the way the axle is pried out of the transmission using two large prybars.
