Toyota Repair: 1994 toyota 4runner in need of advice, head gasket problems, toyota 4runner

i have notice a white smoke coming from my exhaust over the last few weeks when i start my vehicle. is this due to the extreme cold or do i have a problem?? it does thin out to almost non-existent when i drive but it is there almost all of the time. also i have a grinding noise coming from what SOUNDS like my front tires. what could these problems be.

Head gasket problems are common on these engines so I would recommend having it tested for a possible internal combustion leak, most repair shops and the dealer can do this. Check the front tires, it may be a tire noise but it could also be due to the front brakes being worn, check the brakes and try rotating the tires to the rear to see if it helps, noises at low speeds are usually due to tires hat are feathering or cupped on the tread.
