Toyota Repair: 89 camry, intermittent engine dieing, coolant temp, starter solenoid

Question
I have a '89 Toyota Camry (4 cyl).  I am having issue with the engine dieing on me.  When it dies (which it happens all of a sudden with out any sputtering or with much notice), I still have power (lights are still on bright) but then it won't turn over to restart it.  When I start to restart I don't here any click of a the starter solenoid.  But after waiting 30sec-3 minutes it will restart.  I believe the issue is something electrical. I have already check the diagnostics trouble code (which reports no trouble codes, shows everthing is normal).  The battery is good (replaced it last summer) and I have check the battery connects and ground connections (saw no issues), I did pull on the connections and see if I can move them (but they are on tight).  I check these electrical connection on the battery terminals and the ground connection betweent he battery to frame and to engine.   Any ideas of where else to look or what could be going on?

Answer
Jason,
Trouble codes are ONLY for emission related issues.
Sounds like there might be 2 problems. Make sure the cables are
clean and tight on the starter and battery.  If so the dying could be
from many different things like a coolant temp sensor on the engine.
