Toyota Repair: how to replace a 80A fusible link in 4Runner, toyota 4runner, fuse block

Question
I am looking for a step by step guide for replacing a 80A fusible link in a 1990 Toyota 4Runner (3.0 V6).  I have little to no mechanical aptitude (ergo why I'm in this mess to begin with) so am looking for something fairly detailed.  (I've got the replacement fuse, just need the replacement guide)

Answer
As you know by now the fuse is bolted in which will require removing the fuse block from the vehicle to seperate it and the get acess to the bolts, the factory service manual doesn't give detailed instructions on how to do this, it's just a matter of disconnecting connectors and removing the mounting bolts from the fuse block so that it can be turned upside down so the lower plastic piece can be released to get to the fuse.
