Toyota Repair: Toyota 1996 Camry v6, coolant level, camry v6

Question
Car is overheating and the heat don't work

Answer
The most common cause for overheating is a stuck closed thermostat, is there a loss of coolant? Has the coolant level been checked? If there is no coolant leak then it's a ciculation problem or the cooling fan doesn't work. Start by replacing the thermostat and see if it helps, by the way, has anything else been done to try to correct the problem?
