Toyota Repair: 95 toyota tercel, toyota tercel, tercel

I have a 95 toyota tercel that is having a power problem, I had a tuneup, exhaust, belts including timing belt replaced.  The problem is when I accelerate there is no power and also when its in drive.  I was told it could be a compression problem but it was tested wet and dry and tested ok, please if you could point me in the next direction to go I would appreciate it.  Thank you.

The problem that I have is these symptoms you describe could mock several different conditions. First, make sure your battery is in good working order and have it tested. Then, test the alternator. Make sure you have the Throttle sensor tested to make sure it's working properly.
