Toyota Repair: 93 Camry Sedan 4 cylinder, heater valve, light lens

Question
Need to replace the right tail light bulb on my 93 Camry sedan (223,000 miles).  Removed the 2 screws holding the tail light lens, but the wrap around part towards the front of the car won't release.  How do I remove the lens without breaking it?  Also, heater gets "warm", but never hot .  Have a 92 corolla with 250,000 miles and the heater will smoke you out on high!  Great little car.  Actually both of them have been great. Bought them new and have close to 500,000 miles between them.  Thank you.

Answer
The lens has a plastic clip holding it on towards the front, use a plastic pry tool to slowly pry the lens away from the fender. As far as the heater goes check that the heater control knob moves all the way to the hottest setting, check the heater valve under the hood on the firewall and be sure it opens all the way, also check to see that the control cable under the dash on the right side is adjusted so that the door can move all the way closed, you may need to remove the glove box to check for that.
