Toyota Repair: 03 Avalon Airbag light, toyota dealership, front bumper

What causes the airbag light to continuously stay on.  Can it be reset without taking to the dealership?

Its most likely a sensor.
Check the front bumper and rear bumper covers for damage, maybe
someone hit your car in a parking lot. There are sensors there.
You should take it to a Toyota dealership and have it checked
out. They will hook a scanner up to the computer to tell where
the malfunction is.
