Toyota Repair: Engine crancks/wont start, spark plugs, tow truck

Question
I just gave my toyota 1988 truck/4 cylinder carb a tuneup.
Replaced plugs, rotor, cap. It still missed a little, but ran well. Today I tried to start it in the afteernoon after I drove it to work. It started then died a few seconds later. I checked the spark plugs, number 4 plug elctrode end was bent inward touching plug,so I straightened it. Then I called a tow truck, and the driver checked spark to plugs and rotor. He said there was no spark,so I replaced the Ignition coil. It still does not start.

Answer
Steve,

The only way the ground on the plug was bent to the electrode on one
plug is by dropping it on the ground and it got bent.
If you have no spark its most likely the distributor probably the
module.

Steve,
Thank you for the rating, very much appreciated !
