Toyota Repair: 1993 toyota 4 runner electrical, door switches, fuse panel

Question
My courtesy lamps in both front doors stay  on all the time. I have check the switches and they are not faulty. I have check everything that i can think of. any ideas.

If any of the switches were bad then the dome lights and map lights would stay on as well, if any of the black/yellow wires to the switches were grounded all the time the dome light would stay on as well, all of these circuits are controlled by the door switches and go through the integration relay so I don't think it's a wiring problem or short to ground but more likely a problem with the integration relay which is located on the rear of the interior fuse panel.
