Toyota Repair: EGR valve removal, toyota sunrader, intake manifold gasket

Question
I have a 1980 Toyota SunRader mini home with a 20R engine. The EGR valve needs to be replaced, where is this located and is it an easy fix?

It's located at the rear of the cylinder head on the intake side and is bolted to the cylinder head and connected with a metal pipe to the manifold, in my opinion, not exactly easy to replace, most of the time the gasket will break which is part of the intake manifold gasket but the part of the gasket can be cut off from a new intake gasket so that the intake manifold doesn't have to be removed.
