Toyota Repair: 1993 Toyota Truck Belt replacement, tension screws, pivot bolt

I have a 1993 Toyota truck with the 22re engine and I would like to change the 3 belts. I can do other small things like oil change and hose replacement so I figure I can handle this chore. The auto parts place showed me the location of the tension screw (2) and the bolt to loosen for the water pump. However when I loosen the 2 tension screws, I can not get the fan belt to come off or the one for the A/C. Is there something else I need to loosen in order to get the belts off the pulley? Is there a diagram some where that will show me what to do?

Each component has a pivot bolt and adjustment bolt.
You must loosen the pivot bolt first then turn the adjustment bolt.
Obtain a copy of a "Haynes manual # 92075 Toyota pick-ups and 4Runners" either from your local library or a auto parts store.
