Toyota Repair: camry 2000 P0446, charcoal canister, warranty issue

My 00 camry has 99k on it and recently it has been showing the  check engine light with the code P0446. Please let me know a good solution for this and how to repair it. Is there any warranty issue by Toyota for this. Also please let me know if there is an speacial bulletins issued by Toyota for this problem.

Also I'm planning to drive to washington DC (10 hr drive) and does this affect the car's mobility.

Its ok to drive, I see this code a lot on Camrys of that vintage.
Its usually the gas cap or the EVAP charcoal canister slightly dirty,
(nothing to worry about). Buy a new gas cap from Toyota only, make sure its turned all the way on till it clicks. Toyota recommends
the cap replaced every 70k miles.
