Toyota Repair: power windows off track, toyota highlander, power switch

I just purchased a power switch for my 2001 toyota highlander however I have two windows off track- both on the drivers side. I want to put them back on track myself but I need some instructions. HELP Please. Is it simple enough? Thanks

It's alittle involved as the door panels have to be reomoved and then the problem isolated to see exactly what the problem may be, windows normally don't just come off the track, there is usually another reason like a bad window regulator or broken window mounts that attach to the regulator, if you wan't to deal with this I may be able to send some illustrations that may help but I would need an email address.
