Toyota Repair: Heater Problems, toyota tercel, jumper wires

Question
I have a 95' Toyota Tercel.  Recently i was driving with the heat on, and stopped to get a  soda, when i came back out, turned on my car, my heater wasnt working (wont turn on, no noise, no blowing, no nothing).  The interesting thing is that there is a button to press to turn the "ac" portion on and off, and if pressed it has a little green light that lights up.  That light was no longer on.  That lead me to believe it was either a fuse, or the heater relay.  BOth of which were fine ( i replaced both to make sure.)  Now i am out of options. The only other thing i can think it might be is the heater panel/temperature control panel.  Any ideas what might be the problem?

Answer
It's more likely that there is a problem with the heater blower motor, check it's operation by applying 12 volts directly to the connector under the dash, pull off the existing wire connector and use jumper wires, apply 12volts to one side and ground the other, if the motor deosn't turn it should be replaced.
