Toyota Repair: transmission, pressure leak, exchange unit

i have a 94 4runner 4wd autamatic tranmission its always slipped but now it dose not go into gear but engine revs

Check the fluid level, if the fluid level is ok then there may be a serious problem with the transmission which could mean that is has a major internal pressure leak which would require transmission replacement with an exchange unit, I do not recommend repairing or overhauling these transmissions because it could end up costing more than a remanufactured or used one.
