Toyota Repair: Suspension noise, wheel bearing, torsion bars

Question
Ted- I may not be able to describe this exactly but here goes. My 98 Landcruiser just started with a "loose feeling" kind of knock in the right front whenever it hits a bumpy road. I can't tell if it is a wheel bearing or something in the torsion bars / suspension. The truck has 130K miles on it. Is there something that wears out commonly around this time? Where should I start with the troubleshooting? I replaced this shocks, both front and rear, about 1 year ago. This is a vary vague description. Any tips are greatly appreciated. My main concern is safety. Thanks for helping. -Will

Answer
It's hard for me to say what this could be without inspecting the vehicle, it should be checked for any loose tie rods, sway bar connections, loose steering rods or shock mounting points, there are no common problems for this noise on the landruisers.
