Toyota Repair: Turn signal and high beam not working., turn signal flasher, high beams

Question
The dashboard turn signal, emergency and high beam lights does not work in
my '00 camry. All fuses are OK. Base on reading all the questions that you have
answered on this site, the only thing left is to check the turn signal flasher. Can
somebody send me an illustration of the turn signal flasher location ?

I can give you that information but there is one thing you mentioned that makes me think that the flasher is not the problem, the fact that the high beams are not working would indicate that there is a problem with the combination switch on the steering column and it may need to be replaced.
